Our Wellbeing Cafe is open every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 3pm-6pm.

Wednesdays & Thursdays - Year 10-13

Our Wellbeing Cafe is an exciting and innovative space where young people are able to take time to really invest in themselves. Each day will offer an imaginative Wellbeing Menu of activities, focused on our four areas of wellbeing: Heart, Mind, Body and Soul, allowing young people to curate their experience to focus on what they need in that moment. 

Alongside our Wellbeing Menu, we have our Food & Drink Menu which boasts a wide selection of hot chocolates, cold drinks, snacks & cakes. Whilst young people are welcome to make purchases, this is not a requirement when attending the cafe. 

During your first visit to the Wellbeing Cafe, one of our youth workers will welcome you into the space, get you signed in and then you’re all set up to check out the Wellbeing Menu and get started!

If you’re interested in learning more about our Courses then please let one of the youth workers know and they’d love to chat with you about the Courses and how you can get booked on.

Now introducing… clubs! We currently have three different clubs running throughout the week: Chess Club, Running Club, Craft Club, with a Book Club coming soon! Come along to Wellbeing Cafe to learn more.

FAQs

  • Wellbeing Cafe is only for young people, so you can be brought by an adult, but they won't be able to come in and take part in things with you. There's lots of places for them to hang out nearby!

  • One of our team will welcome you and introduce you to what's going on that day. We'll take a couple of details from you (name, D.O.B and an emergency contact) and then you'll be welcome to take part in whatever takes your fancy!

  • Hot and cold drinks and cakes will be available to purchase if you would like to, but you are welcome to just show up! Water will be available.

  • You can come and stay for as long as you like, but most people would be with us for 60-90 minutes.

  • Absolutely! We would say they need to be the right age for the session that you are coming to, so do check that if they are in a different year to you.

  • Nope - you can just show up!
