Summer at Golddigger Trust

We have had a packed summer schedule here at Golddigger Trust with a huge number of young people accessing a variety of fun activities and courses available for them. We were blown away by the amount of young people who accessed our summer activities with over 125 attending, 57 of which were new to Golddigger Trust. 

Our Boys Team had a great time running their first Made of More Soccer school week, as well as a packed schedule of Fifa tournaments, a pool competition, and an adventure day, hiking in the Peak District. The Girls Team also had a great time running two I'm The Girl I Want To Be courses, and hosting a range of workshops across the Summer. These included a forest skills workshop where they learnt how to carve wood & make shelters, a pamper day which included the girls making their own face masks & nail painting, and a fun day of games, picnics and hair braiding in Endcliffe Park.

We are so pleased to see young people get involved, thoroughly enjoy themselves and build great relationships at the same time.
