Important Information on Coronavirus

Golddigger Trust are committed to help minimise the spread of COVID-19 (also known as coronavirus). In line with government guidance we are continuing to operate as usual for mentoring, course sessions and Drop-In. Please check this page regularly in case of cancellations to our drop in sessions and check your messages before sessions in case of any changes. 

We would ask that you follow the guidance given and should you feel unwell and are displaying any of the symptoms (cough, fever, difficulty breathing) or have been in contact with anyone with a confirmed case of coronavirus then please do not attend your session but do let us know (0114 3271191). Please also inform us if you develop the illness and have been in sessions at Golddigger Trust Centre for Young People during the previous 14 days.

On arrival we will be asking ALL young people to wash their hands with soap and warm water. Staff will wash their hands before every session too. Disposable hand towels are provided.

We are continuing to follow and monitor official guidance from the UK Government and Public Health England carefully and will be following the advice for educational settings. It is of vital importance for us to be in a position to ensure that any and all procedures are in place to support the health and well-being of our young people, their families and our staff members.
