What is Making Sense about?
Making Sense is a course with 3 sessions to support your mental health and wellbeing when coping with any changes and uncertainties.. It is a great introduction course if you are new to Golddigger Trust and helps you to understand youself better, see ways that different people feel differently and respond differently to challenges and obstacles that life throws our way.
We hope this course will help you understand what you are experiencing, process what has gone before and learn to manage the now and the unexpected. As a group you will be able to share opinions, do individual reflective work and take away some great ideas for looking after yourself.
