Good To Be Me: Summer Success

This August saw the launch of our brand new Summer Programme, Good To Be Me: My Summer, My Wellbeing - a week-long programme of wellbeing-based activities for Y6-Y8 students, led by our fantastic team!

Designed for young people, the week included a variety of different creative and exciting activities to help support wellbeing, from bath bomb making to team games, tie-dye to looking at climate change… there was even a silent disco and dance along!

With each day focusing on a different area of our Five Areas of Wellbeing - Move, Shift, Pause, Create, Connect - the young people came away with lots of ideas to help them to mindfully look after themselves!

You can take a look at some of what we got up to during the week below!
