Golddigger Trust at the Sheffield 'Make A Difference' Awards!

On the 22nd November, we were delighted to attend the VAS Make A Difference Awards at The Octagon, where we had been nominated for the ‘Health and Wellbeing Award’, recognising organisations working to improve people’s health and wellbeing across Sheffield.

We were delighted to be shortlisted for the award alongside our friends at Sheffield Futures, and were surprised and overjoyed when WE WON! This award is a great recognition of the hard work that our staff and volunteers do, day in- day out, and the incredible progress that we have seen in young people’s lives in 2018. It was lovely to hear all the wonderful things people had to say about Golddigger Trust, and the beautiful award now takes pride of place in our meeting room for all to see!

You can view a video here from the shortlisted organisations for this award, featuring our CEO Beth sharing a little about our heart for young people’s wellbeing and the innovative approach that we take … https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YBt1CiMdNVg
